摘要
游柏稳教授认为,慢性阻塞性肺疾病总体属本虚标实之证,其稳定期以肺脾肾三脏亏虚为本,痰浊瘀血病理产物为标,治疗以补肺健脾益肾为主,兼以化痰祛瘀,故在临床治疗中,采用固本平喘膏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者进行调理,临床疗效较好。
Professor You Baiwen believes that Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD generally belongs to the syndrome of deficiency and excess.In the stable period, it is based on the deficiency of the three Zang organs of lung, spleen, and kidney, and the pathological products of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis.The treatment is mainly to supplement the lung, strengthen the spleen and benefit the kidney, remove phlegm and remove blood stasis.Therefore, Guben Pingchuan ointment is used to regulate COPD patients regularly in clinical treatment, and good clinical efficacy is achieved.
