摘要
[研究目的]加强中国特色新型智库建设研究,深入探讨其发展过程的演变逻辑、存在的实然困境并基于此提供未来走向的路径规划。[研究方法]基于“决策—社会—国际”三维影响力分析框架,扫描智库三维影响力的在场表现,按照规范研究范式,厘定中国特色新型智库建设过程中的实然困境。[研究结论]中国特色新型智库建设过程中面临着决策咨询服务效能孱弱、内生实践动力发展不足、本土特色品牌尚未形成的实然困境。从精准定位和顶层设计的双向融合、社会现实与成果转化的内在耦合、本土智库与国际平台的有效对接3个维度提出中国特色新型智库建设所应遵循的未来走向。
[Research purpose]To strengthen the research on the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics,to deeply explore the evolution logic of its development process and the difficulties,and to provide suggestions for the future direction based on this.[Research method]Based on the"decision-society-international"three-dimensional influence analysis framework,and in accordance with the normative research paradigm,the real difficulties in the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics are concluded.[Research conclusion]By scanning the presence of the three-dimensional influence of think tanks,it is found that the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics faced with the real dilemma of weak decision-making consulting service efficiency,insufficient development of endogenous practical power,and local characteristic brands have not yet formed.From the two-way integration of precise positioning and top-level design,the internal coupling of social reality and achievement transformation,and the effective connection between local think tanks and international platforms,the future direction of the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics should be followed.
