摘要
在深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神、全面推进中国式现代化的背景下,研讨会聚焦上海产业工人技能形成体系建设的探索实践、面临的问题挑战并提出对策建议。与会嘉宾重点探讨了政府、高校、工会及企业在产业工人技能培养、使用、评价、激励等机制和保障措施方面的有益经验和积极探索,指出产业工人技能形成体系建设目前面临新技术新产业新模式的冲击、结构性矛盾突出、技能提升配套机制建设仍不健全等问题与挑战。会议提出社会主体之间应加强协作,构建以政府为主导、以企业为主体、社会各方参与的高技能人才培育体系;健全完善高技能人才队伍建设机制,形成有利于技能人才成长的良好生态;完善技能支持体系,不断激发技能提升的原动力。
Under the background of the in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the comprehensive promotion of Chinese path to modernisation, the seminar focuses on the exploration and practice, problems, challenges and suggestions for the construction of skills formation system of industrial workers in Shanghai. The invited speakers focused on the useful experience and active exploration of the government, colleges, labour unions and enterprises in the mechanisms for training, using, evaluation and incentives of industrial workers’ skills. They further pointed out that the construction of the skills formation system for industrial workers is currently facing many problems and challenges such as the impact of new technologies and new industries, serious structural contradictions and inadequate construction of skills upgrading and supporting mechanisms. It is proposed that cooperation among social subjects should be strengthened to build a working system of cultivating high-skilled talents with the government as the leading, enterprises as the main body and the participation of all parties in society;The construction mechanism of highskilled talents should be improved to be conducive to the growth of skilled talents;The skills support system should be developed to constantly stimulate the motivation of skill improvement.
