摘要 近几年,矿业发展遇到了瓶颈,用工荒问题日益严峻,生产效率得不到提高,生产方式急待突破与改善,智能化作为一种新的解决方案,已经逐渐被国内外各大矿山所关注。智能选矿厂作为智能矿山建设中的一部分,是智能化改造的重点对象,是提高生产效率的有效手段。根据目前国内外矿山行业的发展趋势,介绍了行业内普遍认可的智能选厂的五级结构,详细解释了各层级的功能,并且从技术角度出发针对前三层级的改造和升级进行了分析和讨论,分享了智能选厂的建设思路,同时从选矿装备智能化、过程仪表智能化、过程控制智能化、运维管控智能化四个方面入手,分别列举了智能选厂的建设内容和建设方案,最后总结了选厂智能化发展的总体规划,为智能选矿厂的建设提供了一个明确的思路。 In recent years,the development of mining industry has encountered a bottleneck.The problem of labor shortage is becoming more and more serious,the production efficiency can not be improved,and the production mode urgently needs to be broken through and improved.As a new solution,intellectualization has been gradually concerned by major mines at home and abroad.As a part of intelligent mine construction,intelligent concentrator is the key object of intelligent transformation and an effective means to improve production efficiency.According to the development trend of mining industry at home and abroad,the five-level structure of intelligent concentrator generally recognized in the industry is introduced,the functions of each level is explained in detail,the transformation and upgrading of the first three levels from a technical point of view arw analyzed and discussed,and the construction ideas of intelligent concentrator are shared.At the same time,from the four aspects of intelligent mineral processing equipment,intelligent process instrument,intelligent process control,intelligent operation and maintenance management and control,the construction content and construction scheme of intelligent mineral processing plant are listed respectively.Finally,the overall planning of intelligent development of mineral processing plant is summarized,which provides a clear idea for the construction of intelligent mineral separation plant.
