摘要
化工生产由于高温、高压、易燃易爆和强腐蚀的特点,化工工程建设较为复杂,其中化工工程建设涉及专业多、场地涉及面积大、交叉作业多,施工难度高,各种影响因素造成的工程质量变更多。因此,相关人员必须要明确化工工程特征,分析化工工程质量控制过程中难点和关键控制点,并提出保证措施,从而满足化工建设至试车阶段的高质量奠定基础。
Due to the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, flammability, explosion and strong corrosion in chemical production, the construction of chemical engineering is relatively complex. Among them, the construction of chemical engineering involves many disciplines, large site area, many cross operations, high construction difficulty, and many engineering quality changes caused by various influencing factors. Therefore, relevant personnel must clarify the characteristics of chemical engineering, analyze the difficulties and key control points in the process of chemical engineering quality control, and put forward assurance measures, so as to lay a foundation for high quality from chemical construction to commissioning.
