摘要
白酒生产技术是学院酿酒工程(白酒方向)专业的核心课程,近三年来基于疫情蔓延可能对教学工作的影响,创新教学方法与实施教学组织,探索建立线上网络教学与线下传统面授教学相结合的线上线下混合式教学模式;以企业应用为课程教学改革指挥方向,优化课程内容与结构,制订白酒生产技术课程标准,建立一套标准的教学要件与教学资源,打造一支“双师型”教学团队,提升教学质量。
Liquor Production Technology is the core course of brewing engineering major of the college.In the past three years,due to the impact of the spread of COVID-19 on teaching work,we have innovated teaching methods and implemented teaching organizations,and explored the establishment of an online-offline mixed teaching model combining online teaching and offline traditional face-to-face teaching.We take enterprise application as the direction of teaching reform,optimize the course content and structure,formulate the course standard of Liquor Production Technology,establish a set of standard teaching elements and teaching resources,build a"double-qualified"teaching team,and improve the teaching quality.
