摘要
在我国对外援助规模逐步增长的背景下,介绍对外援助成套项目实施程序及对可行性研究中投资估算的相关规定,总结投资估算中经常出现的四种问题并分别举例说明,逐一分析四种问题产生的原因,提出有针对性的对策及建议。
With the gradual growth of scale of China aid,the paper introduces the implementation procedure of complete sets of projects of China aid, and the relevant regulations of investment estimation in feasibility study,summarizes four kinds of problems that often appear in investment estimation through examples,analyzes the causes of the four problems one by one,and puts forward some targeted countermeasures and sugge stions.
