摘要
像党的十九大报告一样,贯穿党的二十大报告的主线也是“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想”,但前者的重点在于阐明这一思想的主要理论观点,而后者的重点则在于强调这一思想确立之后的全面贯彻落实和实践指导引领。党的二十大报告对“推动绿色发展、促进人与自然和谐共生”这一重大政治与政策议题做了系统深刻的阐述,不仅构成了对于习近平生态文明思想理论体系意涵的世界观方法论视角下的概括阐发,也是对我国未来五年乃至更长时间内大力推进生态文明建设、全面建设人与自然和谐共生社会主义现代化国家的新战略部署,具有重要的理论指引与实践规约意义。
Like the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the main line running through the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC is also“Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”.However,the former focuses on clarifying the main theoretical views of this thought,while the latter focuses on emphasizing the comprehensive implementation and practical guidance after the establishment of this thought.The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC has made a systematic and profound exposition of the major political and policy issues of“promoting green development and promoting the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature”.It not only constitutes a general interpretation of the meaning of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization system from the perspective of worldview methodology,but also is a new strategic deployment for China to vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization in the next five years or even longer,and to comprehensively build a modern socialist country where people and nature live in harmony,which has important theoretical guidance and practical significance.
