摘要
基于共同富裕的视角,选取我国地方国企A股上市公司为样本,对企业数字化转型与员工持股计划展开讨论。研究发现:地方国企数字化转型显著促进了员工持股计划的实施,有助于推进共同富裕。本文的结论在利用倾向得分匹配法、两阶段最小二乘法控制可能的内生性问题后依然成立。进一步研究发现,数字化转型在数字经济发展程度较高地区、资本或技术密集型行业的国有企业中的促进作用更明显,能够积极推进共同富裕。本文扩展了地方国企数字化转型的研究视野,丰富了共同富裕实现路径的相关研究。
Based on the perspective of common prosperity,this paper selects A-share listed companies of local state-owned enterprises in China to discuss the digital transformation and employee stock ownership plan.The study shows that the digital transformation of local state-owned enterprises significantly promotes the implementation of employee stock ownership plans and contributes to common prosperity.The conclusion of this paper is validated by using propensity score matching and two-stage least squares to control possible endogenous problems as well as by using robustness tests.Further research shows that in regions with a high degree of digital economy development or where there are local state-owned enterprises that are capital or technology intensive,the positive effect of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises on employee stock ownership plans is more obvious,which can actively promote common prosperity.This study expands the research vision of the digital transformation of local state-owned enterprises,and enriches the research on the realization path of common prosperity.
