摘要
高校治理现代化迫切需要高校学生管理协同治理的有效开展,但在主体困境、组织困境、文化困境三种因素的影响下,高校学生管理的有效协同治理受到阻碍。立足新时代,应通过学生管理高质量发展理念来推动协同治理的真正落地,具体路径包括:坚持高质量管理的理念,推动学生管理的协同创新;推动工作载体系统化,构建协同育人体制机制;建设专业化学生管理队伍,切实提升协同治理能力。
The modernization of university governance urgently requires effective implementation of the collaborative governance of student management.However,under the influence of the subject,organizational,and cultural dilemmas,the effective and efficient collaborative governance of student management in Chinese universities is hindered.Based on circumstances in this new era,the paper argues that the actual implementation of collaborative governance should be promoted through the concept of high-quality development of student management.The specific paths include:adhering to the notion of high-quality education management to speed up the innovation of collaborative governance;putting efforts in the systematization of management carriers to guarantee the smooth establishment of mechanisms for cooperative education governance;building a professional student management team to improve the capability of collaborative governance.
