摘要
从全寿命周期项目管理的角度出发,对建筑工程造价管理工作中存在的问题进行简单分析后,详细阐述了建筑工程造价管理的工作方法,提出了工作方案。通过开展全寿命周期的建筑工程造价管理工作有助于全面提高造价管理工作水平,满足建筑工程行业发展需求。
From the perspective of life cycle project management, this paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in construction project cost management, expounds the working methods of construction project cost management in detail, and puts forward the working scheme.Carrying out the construction cost management in the whole life cycle will help to comprehensively improve the level of cost management and meet the development needs of the construction industry.
