摘要
目的探讨课题研究型品管圈在门诊慢病药学服务体系构建中的应用,以提高门诊药学服务水平。方法选定门诊患者慢病知晓率和对慢病药学服务满意度为本次品管圈活动目标,按照课题达成型品管圈十大步骤及P-D-C-A循环开展活动,并对活动前后有形成果和无形成果进行评价。结果活动实施后,门诊患者慢病知晓率由27.5%提高至59.8%;患者对慢病药学服务满意度由74.5%提高至91.0%;圈员解决问题能力、责任心等均得到明显提高。结论课题达成型品管圈有助于门诊慢病药学服务体系的构建,保障门诊慢病患者用药安全,提高医院药学服务质量。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of research quality control circle in the construction of chronic disease pharmaceutical care system in order to improve the level of outpatient pharmaceutical care.METHODS The awareness rate of chronic disease among out-patients and satisfaction degree of chronic disease pharmaceutical care were selected as the objectives of this quality control circle activity.The activity was carried out according to the ten steps of the project to reach the quality control circle and the P-D-C-A cycle,and the tangible and intangible results were evaluated before and after the activity.RESULTS After the implementation of the activity,the awareness rate of chronic diseases in outpatients increased from 27.5% to 59.8%.Patients’ satisfaction with pharmaceutical care for chronic diseases increased from 74.5% to 91.0%;Circle member problem solving ability,sense of responsibility have been significantly improved.CONCLUSION The quality control circle of the project is conducive to the construction of outpatient chronic disease pharmaceutical care system,to ensure the safety of medication for chronic disease patients,and to improve the quality of hospital pharmaceutical care.
