摘要
目的探索PDCA循环管理法提升临床药学服务质量的效果。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月黑龙江省医院临床药师所在的科室的60名医务人员(包括医生、护士)为调查对象,按照管理模式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30名。对照组接受常规管理,观察组接受基于PDCA循环管理。比较两组不合理用药发生情况、药学服务质量及药学服务满意度。结果观察组Servqual各维度评分、总分及药学服务满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不合理用药发生情况发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理方法可最大程度降低合理用药情况发生率,提升药学服务质量,增加医务人员对临床药师服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management method in improving the quality of clinical pharmacy service.Methods A total of 60 medical staff(including doctors and nurses)in the department of the clinical pharmacist in Heilongjiang provincial Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the survey objects.According to the different management modes,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 students in each group.The control group received routine management,and the observation group received PDCA-based cycle management.The incidence of irrational drug use,pharmaceutical service quality and pharmaceutical service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The Servqual dimension scores,total scores and pharmaceutical service satisfaction scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management method can minimize the incidence of rational drug use,improve the quality of pharmacy service,and increase medical staff's satisfaction with clinical pharmacist service.
