摘要
从基本心理需要理论、认知评价理论、有机整合理论、因果定向理论四个子理论入手阐述自我决定理论,并从自主需要、胜任需要、关系需要三方面总结归纳基于自我决定理论的一些教学策略。由于理论自身的缺陷以及教育的复杂性导致自我决定理论在教学中的应用不可避免地存在一定的困难,出现一些问题。
This paper expounds the self-determination theory from four sub theories:basic psychological needs theory,cognitive evaluation theory,organic integration theory and causal orientation theory.It also summarizes some teaching strategies based on self-evaluation theory from three aspects:autonomy needs,competency needs and relationship needs.However,due to the defects of the theory itself and the complexity of education,there are inevitably some difficulties and problems in the application of self-determination theory in teaching.
