摘要
黄炎培职业教育思想对我国教育的发展影响深远,“使无业者有业,使有业者乐业”的职业教育目标与当前社会“好就业,就好业”的愿景不谋而合。应用型高校大学生作为重点关注的就业群体之一,其就业问题关乎个人生存、社会安定和国家长远发展。梳理黄炎培职业教育思想形成轨迹,剖析当前应用型高校大学生存在的就业观念不理性、就业能力不扎实、就业道德缺失等问题,挖掘黄炎培职业教育思想对应用型高校“稳就业”的路径价值。应用型高校应以“人职匹配”“职业平等”培育当代大学生正确的就业价值观,以“手脑并用”“做学合一”提高当代大学生的核心竞争力,以“敬业乐群”“爱国爱民”树立当代大学生规范的职业道德,进而为“稳就业”奠定人才基础。
Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought has a far-reaching impact on the development of education in China. The vocational education goal of "Making the Unemployed Employed and the Employed Happy" coincides with the current social vision of "Better Job Prospect, Better Employability". As one of the key employment groups, the employment of application-oriented college graduates is related to personal survival,social stability and the long-term development of the country. This paper sorts out the formation track of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought, analyzes the current problems of application-oriented college graduates, such as irrational employment concept, unsound employability, and irregular employment ethics,and excavates the path value of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought to the "stable employment" of application-oriented colleges and universities. Application-oriented colleges and universities should cultivate the correct employment values of contemporary college students with "Person-Vocation Matching" and "Occupational Equality", improve the core competitiveness of contemporary college students with "Hand and Mind", "Learning and Doing", and establish the standardized professional ethics of contemporary college students with "Dedication and Cooperation" and "Being Humane and Patriotic", so as to lay a talent foundation for "stable employment".
