摘要
目的探讨关节镜下Healix带线锚钉"捆扎"缝合治疗半月板前角撕裂的疗效.方法2018年1月至2021年4月采用关节镜下Healix带线锚钉"捆扎"缝合治疗半月板前角撕裂患者31例,其中男18例,女13例;年龄19~41(30.06±5.71)岁.术后6个月,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估疼痛情况,采用Lysholm膝关节评分标准评价临床疗效.结果31例患者均获得随访,时间8~14(10.97±1.49)个月.除1例患者在跑步时出现膝前外侧紧绷感外,其余均未出现切口感染、内固定松动、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症.VAS评分由术前(5.58±0.89)分降至术后6个月(0.16±0.37)分,Lysholm膝关节评分由术前(61.55±7.47)分提高至术后6个月(99.84±0.90)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论关节镜下应用Healix带线锚钉"捆扎"缝合治疗半月板前角撕裂,固定可靠,愈合率高,早期临床疗效满意.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Healix anchors combined with arthroscopic strapping suture techniques for anterior horn of the lateral meniscus injury.Methods From January 2018 to April 2021,31 patients of anterior horn of the lateral meniscus injury were treated with Healix anchors combined with arthroscopic strapping suture techniques,including 18 males and 13 females,aged from 19 to 41 years old with a mean of(30.06±5.71)years old.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores evaluated the pain degree,and the Lysholm functional rating index evaluated the clinical effect.Results All 31 patients were followed up for 8~14(10.97±1.49)months.No complication such as incision infection,internal fixation loosening and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis was occurred,besides one case with knee anterolateral tension.VAS score reduced from 5.58±0.89 before operation to 0.16±0.37,the Lysholm functional score improved from 61.55±7.47 before operation to 99.84±0.90 at 6 months after operation,and there were statistically significant differences of scores between preoperative and postoperative at 6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion Healix anchors combined with arthroscopic strapping suture techniques for anterior horn of the lateral meniscus injury,which has advantages of stable fixation and quick union,with satisfactory curative effect.
