摘要
以黑龙江农业经济职业学院为例,对提升职业院校教师社会服务能力的必要性进行了分析,研究发现教师社会服务能力建设是教学创新团队建设的重要任务。在实践中可通过政策保障、专项培训、企业实践、技能竞赛等途径,校政行企多方合作,培养教师社会服务能力,历练“双师”素质。电子商务专业教师社会服务能力提升对推动农村电商产业发展,助力乡村振兴具有重要意义。
Taking Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College for example,this paper analyzes the necessity of improving teachers’social service ability in vocational colleges,and finds that teachers’social service ability building is an important task of teaching innovation team building.In practice,through policy guarantee,special training,enterprise practice,skill competition and other ways,schools,governments,industries and enterprises can cooperate in many ways to cultivate teachers’social service ability and experience the quality of“double-position teachers”.Social service ability improvement of e-commerce teachers is of great significance to promote the development of rural e-commerce industry and rural revitalization.
