摘要
骑楼是我国南方独特的传统建筑形式,近代骑楼历经百年沧桑,已无法完全满足现代日常生活需求,大进深小面宽的骑楼住宅室内通风不畅,空气质量恶劣。本研究以厦门营平片区开元路骑楼为例,在典型风力条件下,实测了单侧通风和对流通风两种工况下的室内风速,对比不同工况下各测点的风速比值,发现利用骑楼公共楼梯的空间界面加强各户住宅间的对流通风可以有效提升室内通风效果。此研究可以为近代骑楼低成本微改造提供技术参考,也可以为住户的建筑使用行为提供科学建议,有利于近代骑楼的可持续更新与保护。
The arcade is a unique traditional architectural form in southern China.The arcade in modern times has gone through a century of vicissitudes and cannot fully meet the needs of modern people's daily life.The arcade houses with large depth and small width have poor indoor ventilation and poor air quality.In this study,taking the arcade building on Kaiyuan Road in Yingping area of Xiamen as an example,under typical wind conditions,indoor wind speeds under two working conditions of unilateral ventilation and convection ventilation were measured,and the wind speed ratios of each measuring point under different working conditions were compared.The results show that the use of the space interface of the public staircase in the arcade to enhance the convection ventilation between the houses can effectively improve the indoor ventilation effect.This research can provide technical reference for the low-cost micro-renovation of modern arcades,and also provide scientific suggestions for residents'building use behavior,which is conducive to the sustainable renewal and protection of modern arcades.
