诺如病毒检测技术研究进展

摘要 诺如病毒又称诺瓦克病毒,是目前临床中细菌性胃肠炎的重要致病因素之一。诺如病毒感染性腹泻属于自限性疾病,没有疫苗和特效药物,血清抗体水平调查表明人群中诺如病毒的感染十分普遍。主要依据流行季节、地区、发病年龄等流行病学资料、临床表现以及实验室常规检测结果进行诊断,在粪便标本或呕吐物中检测出诺如病毒能够确诊。目前尚无特效的抗病毒药物,以对症或支持治疗为主,对严重病例尤其是幼儿及体弱者应及时输液或口服补液。随着临床诊断水平不断发展,诺如病毒诊断也已经形成了完善的检测体系,对相关检测技术的应用上也有了新的要求。鉴于此,本文以综述视角就诺如病毒检测技术研究进展进行探讨,能够为诺如病毒检测技术应用提供参考,提高临床检测技术应用能力,为保障病毒检测工作开展和质量控制奠定良好基础。 Norovirus,also known as norwalk virus,is one of the most important pathogenic factors of bacterial gastroenteritis in clinical practice.Norovirus infectious diarrhea is a self-limiting disease,and there is no vaccine or specific drug.The survey of serum antibody levels shows that norovirus infection is very common in people.Diagnosis is mainly based on epidemiological data such as epidemic season,region,age of onset,clinical manifestations,and routine laboratory test results.Norovirus can be firmly diagnosed by detecting norovirus in fecal specimens or vomitus.At present,there is no specific antiviral drug,but mainly symptomatic or supportive treatment.For severe cases,especially young children and the infirm,timely infusion or oral rehydration should be used.With the continuous development of clinical diagnosis level,a comprehensive detection system for norovirus diagnosis has been formed,and there are new requirements for the application of relevant detection technologies.In view of this,this paper discusses the research progress of norovirus detection technology from the perspective of review,and tries to provide reference for the application of norovirus detection technology and improve the application ability of clinical detection technology.It will lay a foundation for ensuring the execution of virus detection and the quality control.
