摘要
疫情期间,某市出现了防疫物资匮乏问题,为得到合理的疫情防疫物资配送方案,本文利用Floyd算法,以供给点到需求点的最短供给时间、最大运输量为目标,建立综合评价经济效益和时间效益的风险度模型,再对风险度数值进行多目标线性规划,最终得到经济快速且风险度最低的防控物资运输方案。结果表明:当运输时间的权重为0.19,运输总量的权重为0.81时,可得到最低风险度数值298.2;最佳方案为甲_(1)向丁_(1)运输18 t物资;甲_(2)向丁_(1)运输16 t物资;甲_(3)向丁_(2)运输6 t物资;甲_(4)向丁_(1)运输12 t物资,向丁_(3)运输3 t物资;甲_(5)向丁_(1)运输14 t物资;甲_(6)不运输;甲_(7)向丁_(2)运输14 t物资,向丁_(3)运输8 t物资;甲_(8)向丁_(2)运输20 t物资;甲_(10)向丁_(3)运输14 t物资;甲_(9)、甲_(11)和甲_(12)不进行运输。该方案可达到经济、快速运输防控物资的目的。
In order to obtain a reasonable distribution scheme of epidemic prevention materials,a risk degree model for comprehensive evaluation of economic and time benefits is established by the algorithm Floyd aiming at the shortest time and maximum transportation volume from supply point to demand point.The multi-objective linear programming is carried out for the risk value to obtain a cost-effective and lowest risk transportation scheme for epidemic prevention materials.The results show that the lowest risk value is 298.2 when the weight of transportation time and total transportation is 0.19 and 0.81 respectively.The best plan is as follows:Party A_(1) transports 18 t materials to Party D_(1).Party A_(2)transports 16 t to Party D_(1).Party A_(3) transports 6 t to Party D_(2).Party A_(4) transports 12 t to Party D_(1) and 3 t to Party D_(3) respectively.Party A_(5) transports 14 t to Party D_(1).Party A_(6) does not transport.Party A_(7) transports 14 t to Party D_(2) and 8 t to Party D_(3).Party A_(8) transports 20 t to Party D_(2).Party A_(10) transports 14 t to Party D_(3).Party A_(11) and Party A_(12) do not transport.The epidemic materials can be transported economically and efficiently by the scheme.
