摘要
物流企业在运营发展中,应重视对激励机制的构建,以期通过严谨合理的激励机制打造一支专业卓越的员工队伍,促进各项工作稳步有序地推进,从而使得物流企业在顺利完成发展目标的同时增强竞争优势,实现企业稳健发展。文中提出了提高物流企业人力资源管理水平的措施,以促进物流企业在愈演愈烈的行业竞争中取得优势地位。
Logistics enterprises should pay attention to the construction of incentive mechanisms in their operation and development,so as to build a professional and excellent workforce through rigorous and reasonable incentive mechanisms,promote the steady and orderly progress of various tasks,and enable logistics enterprises to complete the development goal smoothly.At the same time,it will enhance the competitive advantage and realize the steady development of enterprises.This article puts forward measures to improve the level of human resource management of logistics enterprises,and promote logistics enterprises to obtain an advantageous position in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry.
