基于通气无氧阈模型与最大心率百分比法建立甲基苯丙胺戒断者的运动强度处方——一项随机对照试验 被引量:4

Establishment of Exercise Intensity Prescriptions for Methamphetamine Withdrawal Patients Based on the Ventilatory Anaerobic Threshold Model and the Maximum Heart Rate Percentage Method——A Randomized Controlled Trial

摘要 目的:探讨两种运动强度处方对甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)戒断者心肺适能的改善效果,并比较两者的优良性。方法:75名男性MA戒断者被随机分为3组:不运动对照组、最大心率百分比(percentage of _(max)imum heart rate,%HR_(max))组、通气无氧阈(ventilatory anaerobic threshold,VAT)组。运动组执行每天50 min,每周5天,共12周,但运动强度不同的有氧训练方案:1)采用%HR_(max)法设定运动强度(64%~76%HR_(max));2)采用VAT心率值设定运动强度。结果:与运动前相比,运动后%HR_(max)组的VO_(2max)显著升高(P<0.05),总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血糖显著降低(P<0.05);VAT组的VO_(2max)、最大心率显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),体质量、腰围、体脂率、甘油三酯和血糖显著降低(P<0.05)。与%HR_(max)组相比,VAT组在12周时体脂率显著降低(P<0.05),最大心率和VO_(2max)显著升高(P<0.05),且VAT组所有受试者均产生了个体VO_(2max)训练反应。结论:基于VAT和%HR_(max)法建立的运动强度处方均能降低MA戒断者血糖和血脂,但基于VAT的运动强度处方能够显著提高VO_(2max)并引起更多的个体VO_(2max)训练反应。 Objective:To explore the effects of two exercise intensity prescriptions on the cardiopulmonary fitness of methamphetamine(MA)withdrawal patients and compare the superiority of the two.Methods:75 male MA withdrawal subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups:non-exercise control group,percentage of maximum heart rate(%HR_(max))group,and ventilatory anaerobic threshold(VAT)group.The exercise group performed 50 minutes a day,5 days a week,a total of 12 weeks but different exercise intensity aerobic training program:1)Using%HR_(max) method to set the exercise intensity(64%-76%HR_(max));2)Using VAT heart rate value set exercise intensity.Results:Compared with before exercise,after exercise,the VO_(2max) of the%HR_(max) group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and total cholesterol,triglycerides and blood sugar were significantly reduced(P<0.05);the VO_(2max) and maximum heart rate of the VAT group were significantly higher increased(P<0.05,P<0.01),weight,waist circumference,body fat percentage,triglycerides and blood sugar were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the%HR_(max) group,the body fat rate of the VAT group was significantly lower at 12 weeks(P<0.05),the maximum heart rate and VO_(2max) were significantly increased(P<0.05),and all subjects of the VAT group generated individual VO_(2max) training response.Conclusions:Exercise intensity prescriptions based on the VAT and%HR_(max) methods can reduce blood sugar and blood lipids in MAwithdrawals,but exercise intensity prescriptions based on VAT can significantly increase VO_(2max) and cause more individual VO_(2max) training responses.
