摘要
目的针对糖尿病合并食管癌患者应用精细化护理干预,观察其血糖控制效果与康复效果。方法选择该院2019年1月—2021年2月70例糖尿病合并食管癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各35例,分别给予精细化护理干预与常规护理,对比不同护理方法的应用效果,统计对比两组患者的体质量变化、营养状况评量表(PG-SGA)评分、血糖变化。结果护理后,研究组患者的体质量为(55.6±3.0)kg、PG-SGA评分为(6.5±4.3)分;空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白分别为(6.71±2.30)mmol/L、(9.31±1.73)mmol/L、(6.02±0.78)%;躯体方面、生理方面、心理方面、社会方面的评分分别为(2.16±0.13)分、(2.46±0.25)分、(2.11±0.40)分、(2.17±0.08)分,各项指标均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=10.020、2.115、2.432、3.201、3.765、21.074、10.583、9.189、32.820,P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病合并食管癌患者应用精细化护理干预可以改善患者的体质量、营养状态、血糖水平以及生活质量,可见该护理措施的应用效果良好。
Objective To apply refined nursing intervention for patients with diabetes and esophageal cancer,and to observe the effect of blood glucose control and rehabilitation.Methods Selected 70 patients with diabetes and esophageal cancer in the hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 as the research objects,and randomly divided them into a study group and a control group,35 cases in each group,and were given refined nursing intervention and routine nursing,respectively,and compared the effects of different nursing methods.The application effect was statistically compared between the two groups of patients with changes in body weight,nutritional status scale(PG-SGA)score,and changes in blood sugar.Results After nursing,the body weight of the patients in the study group was(55.6±3.0)kg,the PG-SGA score was(6.5±4.3)points;fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin were(6.71±2.30)mmol/L,(9.31±1.73)mmol/L,(6.02±0.78)%,respectively;the scores of physical,physiological,psychological and social aspects were(2.16±0.13)points,(2.46±0.25)points,(2.11±0.40)points,(2.17±0.08)points,respectively,all indicators were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.020,2.115,2.432,3.201,3.765,21.074,10.583,9.189,32.820,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing intervention in patients with diabetes and esophageal cancer can improve the weight,nutritional status,blood glucose level and quality of life of the patients.It can be seen that the application effect of this nursing measure is good.
