摘要
目的:探讨针刺联合中药治疗血虚风燥型特应性皮炎(AD)患者的临床效果。方法:选取102例血虚风燥型AD患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组予以健脾祛风汤治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效、病情变化情况、生活质量。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SCORAD评分、生活质量评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合中药可提高血虚风燥型AD患者临床疗效,减轻临床症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on patients with atopic dermatitis(AD)of blood deficiency and wind dryness.Methods:A total of 102 AD patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness were selected and randomized into the study group and control group,each with 51 cases.The control group were treated with jianpi Qufeng decoction,and the study group were treated with acupuncture on this basis.A comparison was made between both groups on the clinical efficacy,changes of conditions and quality of life.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the SCORAD scores and quality of life scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with TCM can improve the clinical efficacy,alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of AD patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness.
