摘要
为了减少电厂电动给水泵的电能消耗,实现企业节能减排的目的,对两台电动给水泵进行了变频改造,设计了相关的闭锁逻辑和自动调节逻辑。在正式投运前需要对变频系统和联锁系统进行全面试验,给出了自动控制扰动试验、抢水试验和RB试验的试验方案。
In order to reduce the power consumption of the electric feed pump in the power plant and realize the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction,the frequency conversion transformation of two electric feed pumps is carried out,and the relevant locking logic and automatic regulation logic are designed.Before the formal operation,the frequency conversion system and interlocking system need to be comprehensively tested,and the test schemes of automatic control disturbance test,water grab test and RB test are given.
