人文精神融入青少年体育教育中的思考 被引量:1

Reflections on the Integration of Humanistic Spirit into Youth Physical Education

摘要 随着我国素质教育改革的落实,体育教育工作越发受到重视,这样的发展背景下,在青少年体育教育中,更需要选择有效的教育模式,才能凸显体育学科特点,我国自古崇尚人文精神,通过将人文精神融入青少年体育教育,可以在指导青少年在全面发展中,使其成为德才兼备的人。在青少年体育教育中,教师需要基于当代青少年的年龄特点与身体素质,通过人文精神内涵的挖掘,来指导青少年形成正确的核心素养,让青少年在不断运动中,既树立正确的体育精神,又能形成吃苦耐劳、坚持不懈的精神品质。 With the implementation of the quality education reform in China,physical education has attracted more and more attention.Under such a development background,it is more necessary to choose an effective education model in the youth physical education,in order to highlight the characteristics of physical education.China has advocated humanistic spirit since ancient times.By integrating humanistic spirit into teenagers'physical education,we can guide teenagers in their all-round development and make them a person with both political integrity and ability.In teenagers'physical education,teachers need to guide teenagers to form the correct core quality based on the age characteristics and physical quality of contemporary teenagers,and through the excavation of the connotation of humanistic spirit,so that teenagers can not only establish the correct sports spirit,but also form the spiritual quality of hard-working and perseverance in continuous sports.
