摘要
针对传统防屈曲支撑芯材单一材料对支撑整体性能带来的局限性,提出开发了一种新型材料热轧抗震阻尼钢,将其与低屈服点钢LY160组合成十字型芯材,从而提高了支撑的累计塑性变形的能力和延性。运用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行数值模拟计算,分析了两种材料不同配比下,对于支撑性能的影响。研究结果表明:低屈服点钢可以降低支撑的屈服点,使支撑快速进入屈服状态,提高支撑的延性和累计塑性变形的能力,热轧抗震阻尼钢可以提供较高的抗拉强度和塑性,保证支撑在中强震下不失稳破坏;该类新型防屈曲支撑滞回曲线饱满,承载力高,耗能性强,当阻尼钢占比达到50%~65%时,防屈曲支撑具有更优越的性能。
In view of the limitations of single material of traditional buckling-restrained brace core material on the over-all performance of the support,a new material called hot-rolling anti-seismic steel is developed,which is combined with low yield steel LY160 to form a cross core material,so as to improve the ability of cumulative plastic deformation and drawability of the support.The finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used for numerical simulation calcula-tion,and the influence of the two materials on the support performance under different ratios is analyzed.The results show that the low yield point steel can reduce the yield point of the support,make the support enter the yield state quickly,and improve the overall deformation capacity of the support.The hot-rolling anti-seismic steel can provide high tensile strength and plasticity to ensure that the support will not fail under medium and strong earthquakes.This new type of buckling-restrained brace has full hysteretic curve,high bearing capacity and strong energy dissipation.When the proportion of anti-seismic steel reaches 50%~65%,the buckling-restrained brace has better performance.
