摘要
目的:为“互联网+”背景下发挥执业药师药学服务作用提供参考。方法:通过文献资料梳理和现状分析,针对存在问题提出发挥执业药师远程药学服务的作用建议。结果与结论:执业药师开展远程药学服务有利于促进公众合理用药,保证公众获得药学服务的及时性等。部分地区针对执业药师开展远程药学服务进行了有益的探索,但也存在患者健康记录缺乏共享,存在用药安全风险隐患,药学服务质量有待提高等制约因素。管理部门可制定完善制度,促进电子健康记录和电子处方共享,加强网上药店管理,保证远程药学服务质量,强化培训和服务质量管理,提高药学服务水平。通过发挥执业药师远程药学服务作用,促进和帮助公众合理用药、改善健康。
Objective:To provide references for the role of licensed pharmacist in pharmaceutical care under the“Internet+”background.Methods:Based on the literature review and current situation analysis,some suggestions were put forward for licensed pharmacists in remote pharmaceutical care.Results and Conclusion:The remote pharmaceutical care provided by licensed pharmacist is conducive to promoting rational drug use by the public and ensuring the timeliness of pharmaceutical care.Some regions have made explorations for licensed pharmacist practicing remote pharmaceutical care,but there have been also constraints such as lack of sharing of patients’health records,potential risks of medication safety,and the need to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.The administrative departments may formulate and improve systems to promote the sharing of electronic health records and electronic prescriptions,strengthen the management of online pharmacies,ensure the quality of remote pharmaceutical care,and strengthen the professional training and care quality management to enhance pharmaceutical care.Giving full play to the role of licensed pharmacists in remote pharmaceutical care shall promote and facilitate the rational use of drugs and improve public health.
