摘要
为解决隧道施工现存承载力过低,无法保证施工正常进行,且后期使用质量和年限会受到严重影响的问题,开展喷锚支护施工技术分析研究。通过隧道开挖面围岩处理及材料选择、喷锚支护基本构造设计、确定锚杆参数和喷射机选择及混凝土初喷、复喷,提出一种全新的施工技术。通过实例应用证明,新的施工技术在实际应用中能够有效提高支护结构承载力,进而促进整个隧道施工质量提升。
In order to solve the problem that the existing bearing capacity of tunnel construction is too low to ensure the normal construction,and the later service quality and service life will be seriously affected,the analysis and research of shotcrete anchor support construction technology is carried out.A new construction technology is proposed through the treatment of surrounding rock and material selection of tunnel excavation face,the basic structural design of shotcrete anchor support,the determination of anchor bolt parameters and the selection of shotcrete machine,as well as the initial and secondary shotcreting of concrete.The practical application shows that the new construction technology can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the supporting structure in practical application,and then promote the improvement of the construction quality of the whole tunnel.
