摘要
黄炎培职业教育理论中贯穿着他的实用主义价值观,其倡导有业乐业的教育目标、服务社会的教育本质、崇做重能的教育原则,贯穿于什么是职业教育、为什么办职业教育和怎样办职业教育的基本理路。黄炎培的职业教育办学方针与实施对策,是基于他对职业教育的推广和改良,其基本思想具有近代职业教育的时代背景,其理论思想对改革当代职业教育促进区域经济发展具有现实意义与实践价值。
Huang Yanpei’s pragmatic values permeate vocational education’s theory.It advocates the educational goal of career-oriented education,the educational essence of serving society,and the educational principle of valuing capability.Huang Yanpei’s vocational education policies and implementation measures are based on his promotion and improvement of vocational education.His basic thoughts reflect the background of modern vocational education,and his theoretical thoughts have realistic significance and practical value in reforming the contemporary vocational education to promote regional economic development.
