摘要
[目的/意义]本文旨在研究澳大利亚智库对“21世纪海上丝绸之路”在南太平洋岛国实施的认知,这对我国把握澳方当前战略评判与未来决策走向并制定应对策略具有重要意义。[方法/过程]本文通过分析澳方智库多份代表性文献,总结在澳方智库视角下,“21世纪海上丝绸之路”在南太平洋岛国实施的意图、产生的影响及负面认知形成的动因。[结果/结论]澳方智库负面认知居多,中国应在全球层面进行协调,加强同澳大利亚交往及南太平洋岛国合作,并立足自身实际采取有效策略。
[Purpose/significance]This research’s purpose is to study the perception of Australian think tanks on the implementation of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road"in the South pacific island countries,which is significant for China to grasp Australia’s current strategic judgment and the future decision-making direction and formulate countermeasures.[Method/process]By selecting and analyzing multiple representative documents of Australian think tanks,this paper summarizes the intentions of the implementation of the“21st Century Maritime Silk Road”in the South Pacific islands countries from the perspective of the Australian think tanks,and its impacts on the countries involved,and the reasons for negative perceptions.[Result/conclusion]Most Australian think tanks have negative perceptions and caused many interferences in the implementation of the above-mentioned initiatives in the island countries of the South Pacific.China should coordinate at the global level,at the same time strengthen its exchanges with Australia and cooperation with South Pacific islands countries,and adopt effective strategies based on its own reality.
