青海夏乌日塔铜铅锌多金属矿工艺矿物学特征及浮选原则工艺的确定 被引量:11

Process Mineralogical Characteristics and Determination of Flotation Principle Process of Xiawurita Copper-Lead-Zinc Mutil-metal Ore in Qinghai

摘要 青海夏乌日塔多金属矿是近年来新发现的铜铅锌矿床,具有较好的开发利用价值。为实现该铜铅锌资源的高效开发利用,采用化学多元素分析、MLA矿物自动定量分析等方法,进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,并探究了浮选原则工艺。结果表明,试样受到一定程度的氧化,特别是铜氧化率较高。矿石组成矿物种类繁多,主要回收的有价金属为铜、铅、锌及伴生银,含量分别为0.43%、1.64%、2.65%和49.68 g/t。铜、铅、锌、银赋存形式分别主要为黄铜矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿和银黝铜矿,呈中-细粒嵌布特征。黄铜矿呈不规则粒状、细小的乳滴状沿脉石矿物边缘或裂隙填充;方铅矿呈交代侵蚀与交代残余结构、结状结构产出,呈星点状、脉状、条带状嵌布,少量呈蠕虫状嵌布;闪锌矿多呈块状、结状、胶结结构产出,少量呈斑状、脉状、浸染状嵌布;银黝铜矿以不规则粒状、脉状沿脉石粒间填充。铜铅锌矿物嵌布粒度微细、单体解离度均较差,主要与石英、方解石及钠长石等脉石矿物连生。此外,部分铜、锌矿物与铅矿物连生,适当提高入选细度、设置粗精矿再磨作业有利于提高矿物分离效果。针对矿石性质,提出了“铜铅锌优先浮选”原则工艺流程,可以获得含铜26.90%、铅4.42%、锌7.03%、金59.41 g/t、银2 980.00 g/t,铜回收率65.22%、金回收率37.31%、银回收率63.58%的铜精矿;含铅51.05%、铜0.82%、锌7.54%、金11.18 g/t、银222.00 g/t,铅回收率85.04%、金回收率18.15%、银回收率12.24%的铅精矿;含锌50.17%、铜0.60%、铅1.31%、金4.29 g/t、银98.11 g/t,锌回收率85.01%的锌精矿。研究成果可为该铜铅锌矿石的开发利用提供技术支撑。 Xiawurita polymetallic deposit in Qinghai province is a copper,lead and zinc deposit newly discovered in recent years,which has good development and utilization value. In order to realize the efficient development and utilization of the copper,lead and zinc resources,detailed technological mineralogy research was carried out by means of chemical multi-element analysis and MLA automatic quantitative mineral analysis,and the flotation principle process was explored. The results show that the sample is oxidized to a certain extent,especially the oxidation rate of copper is high. The ore consists of a wide variety of minerals. The main valuable metals are copper,lead,zinc and associated silver,with the contents of 0. 43%,1. 64%,2. 65%and 49. 68 g/t,respectively. The occurrence forms of Cu,Pb,Zn and Ag are chalcopyrite,galena,sphalerite and freibergite,with medium-fine disseminated characteristics. Chalcopyrite is filled along the gangue mineral edge or fissure in the form of irregular granular and fine milk droplets. Galena occurs in metasomatic erosion,metasomatic residual structure and nodular structure,which is star-dotted,vein-like and banded,and a small amount is worm-like. Sphalerite is mostly produced in massive,nodular and cemented structure,and a small amount is embedded in porphyritic,vein and disseminated structure. Freibergite is filled along the grain of vein stone in irregular granular and vein shape. Copper-lead-zinc minerals have fine embedded particle size and poor monomer dissociation. They are mainly associated with gangue minerals such as quartz,calcite and albite. In addition,some copper and zinc minerals are associated with lead minerals. Properly improving the fineness of beneficiation and setting up the regrinding operation of coarse concentrate are conducive to improving the mineral separation effect. According to the nature of the ore,the principle process of " preferential flotation of copper,lead and zinc" is put forward. Under this process,copper concentrate containing 26. 90% copper,4. 42% lead,7. 03% zinc,59. 41 g/t gold and 2 980. 00 g/t silver,65. 22%copper recovery,37. 31% gold recovery and 63. 58% silver recovery are obtained;Lead concentrate containing 51. 05% lead,0. 82% copper,7. 54% zinc,11. 18 g/t gold and 222. 00 g/t silver,85. 04% lead recovery,18. 15% gold recovery and 12. 24%silver recovery are obtained;Zinc concentrate containing 50. 17% zinc,0. 60% copper,1. 31% lead,4. 29 g/t gold,98. 11 g/t silver and 85. 01% zinc recovery are obtained. The research results can provide technical support for the development and utilization of the copper-lead-zinc mutil-metal ore.
