摘要
推进城市民族互嵌式社会结构与社区建设是新时代民族工作的重要内容,也是推进中华民族共同体建设的重要路径。民族互嵌式社会结构与社区建设是多元主体行为选择、综合作用的过程和结果,受主体自身利益偏好、认知惯性以及周遭环境变化等影响,民族互嵌内含的政府逻辑、市场逻辑以及个体行动逻辑对民族互嵌式社会的建设水平和成效具有重要的影响和作用。民族互嵌式社会结构与社区建设要对异质主体的内在行动逻辑进行充分的分析考察,并以共同体建设为轴心,建立有效的社会共生、情感联结、利益保障及协作共治的“耦合”机制。
It is an important part of the ethnic work in the new era to promote the embedded social structure of the urban ethnic groups and the community construction as well as a key way to promote the construction of the community of the Chinese nation.The embedded social structure of the urban ethnic groups and the community construction are the results of the choice of multi-subjects and integrated actions,which are influenced by the subject's self-interest preference,cognitive inertia,the change of environments,etc.,while the logic of the government,the logic of the market and the logic of individual action,which are embedded in each other,have great influence on the level and effect of the construction of such society.The embedded social structure of the ethnic groups and the community construction should focus on the internal action logic of the heterogeneous subject,and take the community construction as the axis,establish an effective“coupling mechanism”of social symbiosis,emotional connection,benefit guarantee,cooperation and co-governance.
