摘要
目的:探讨改进饮食管理在儿童生长激素激发试验中的应用价值。方法:选取收治的630例矮小症儿童作为研究对象,随机分为禁食不禁饮组(n=315)和禁食禁饮组(n=315)。禁食不禁饮组试验前一日晚8时开始禁食、不禁饮;禁食禁饮组试验前一日晚8时开始禁食禁饮;两组患儿均行胰岛素低血糖联合左旋多巴-生长激素激发试验。比较两组患儿的一次性静脉穿刺成功率、患儿及家长满意度、胰岛素低血糖试验成功率。结果:禁食不禁饮组患儿一次性静脉穿刺成功率(93.33%)高于禁食禁饮组(85.08%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);禁食不禁饮组患儿及家长满意度(95.56%)高于禁食禁饮组(91.43%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.036);禁食不禁饮组患儿胰岛素低血糖试验成功率(85.08%),禁食禁饮组患儿胰岛素低血糖试验成功率(84.76%),两组患儿试验成功率差异无统计学意义(P=0.911)。结论:生长激素激发试验改进饮食管理,可提高一次性静脉穿刺成功率、提高患儿及家长满意度,且不影响试验成功率。
Objective To explore the application value of improving diet management in growth hormone stimulation test in children.Method 630 children with dwarfism were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into two groups:Fasting and drinking involuntarily group(n=315)and fasting and drinking group(n=315).The and involuntarily drinking group began fasting and drinking involuntarily at 8 pm the day before the experiment,and the fasting and drinking group began fasting and drinking at 8 pm the day before the experiment,and both groups were treated with insulin hypoglycemia combined with levodopa-growth hormone stimulation test.The success rate of venipuncture,the satisfaction of children and their parents,and the success rate of insulin hypoglycemia test were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of venipuncture in fasting and drinking involuntarily group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in fasting and drinking group(85.08%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);and the satisfaction of children and parents in fasting and drinking involuntarily group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that in fasting and drinking group(91.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).The success rate of insulin hypoglycemia test in fasting and drinking involuntarily group was 85.08%,and that in fasting and drinking group was 84.76%.There was no significant difference in the success rate of insulin hypoglycemia test between the two groups(P=0.911).Conclusion The improvement of diet management by growth hormone stimulation test can improve the success rate of venipuncture and the satisfaction of children and parents,and does not affect the success rate of the test.
