摘要
对通径为69.85 mm的活动弯头进行冲蚀数值模拟,分别研究弯弧数和安装角度对活动弯头冲蚀行为的影响,并与实际工况进行对比。结果表明,弯弧数量对活动弯头的冲蚀影响不明显,双/三弯弧活动弯头的最大冲蚀速率均出现在第二弯弧出口位置的外拱侧;双弯弧活动弯头安装角度在30°~60°范围内,最大冲蚀速率呈缓慢上升趋势,当安装角度超过70°时冲蚀速率迅速降低,在75°时出现极小值;计算结果与实际工况较为吻合,可为压裂现场活动弯头布局及优化提供参考。
In order to explore the influence of different movable elbow structures on the erosion behavior of fracturing fluid,a physical model of a movable elbow with a diameter of 69.85 mm was established using CFD software for simulation analysis,and the number of curved arcs and installation angles were calculated for the movable elbow.The influence of erosion behavior was compared with the actual movable elbow.The research results showed that the number of curved arcs had no obvious influence on the erosion of the movable elbow.The maximum erosion rate of the double/three-curved movable elbow appeared on the outer arch side at the exit position of the second curved arc.When the installation angle of the head was in the range of 30°~60°,the maximum erosion rate showed a slow upward trend.When the installation angle exceeded 70°,the erosion rate decreased rapidly,and a minimum value appeard at 75°.The research results were in good agreement with the actual situation,which could provide a reference for the layout and optimization of movable elbows in the fracturing site,and improved the reliability and safe life of the high-pressure manifold.
