摘要
生态文明建设是我国今后发展的重要方向、重大领域和重大任务。在我国生态文明建设实践基础上,从文明变迁、辩证思维和经济发展三个方面深化社会主义生态文明建设“三新”时代价值,并从“三新”维度构建包含双轮动力体系、生态经济运行体系和生态文化润滑体系的社会主义生态文明建设框架,旨在为我国生态文明建设提供理论参考。
The construction of socialist ecological civilization is an important development target,a significant area and task.On the basis of the practice of ecological civilization construction in my country,the era value of the"three new"in the construction of socialist ecological civilization is deepened from the three aspects of civilization change history,dialectical thinking and economic development.And then from the"three new"dimension,the framework of the ecological civilization construction is constructed,including the two-wheel power system,the ecological economic operation system and the ecological cultural lubrication system,which provides a theoretical reference for guiding the construction of ecological civilization in my country.
