摘要
简要阐述了稀土种类及稀土在钢中的作用机理,回顾了包钢无缝钢管产业稀土钢冶炼工艺技术、稀土钢产品研发的主要历程。通过稀土在钢中的应用实践,结合无缝钢管特殊使用领域对材料的不同需求,验证了稀土在抗腐蚀、耐磨、耐低温冲击韧性等方面具有有利作用。最后提出了稀土在无缝钢管中的研究与应用建议。
The types of rare earth and the mechanism of action of rare earth in steel are briefly described.The smelting technology and product development of rare earth steel in seamless steel tube industry of Baotou Steel are reviewed.Through the application research of rare earth in steel,combined with the different requirements of materials in the special field of seamless steel pipe,the advantages of rare earth in corrosion resistance,abrasive resistance,low temperature impact toughness and other aspects were verified.Finally,research and application suggestions of rare earth in seamless steel pipe were put forward.
