摘要
学生事务管理在“立德树人”系统中具有方向性、动力性、全面性等特征,具有促进学生自主学习、实践学习、道德学习等独特功能。坚持以“立德树人”为办学的根本任务和中心环节,加强依法治校和相关制度建设,加强对学生事务管理的学科专业支撑等,以解决激励不足、保障不力、沟通不畅等问题。促进高校“立德树人”系统的结构优化、动态均衡和良性互动,逐步扭转部分高校重教书轻育人、重智育轻德育、重科研轻教学的育人偏差。
Student affairs management indicates the direction of moral character cultivation,provides power for it and make it complete.Student affairs management has the unique function of promoting students independent learning,practical learning and moral learning.Colleges and universities must stick to the fundamental task of cultivating moral character,strengthen the rule of law and constitutional construction and provide stronger professional support for student affairs management so as to solve problems such as insufficient incentive,inadequate support and poor communication.It is important to promote structural optimization,dynamic balance and benign interaction for the moral education system to gradually correct educational deviations occurring in some colleges and universities,for example,stressing teaching over educating,intellectual education over moral education and scientific research over teaching.
