一种用于电动汽车磁场解耦型双定子开关磁阻电机的新型功率变换器 被引量:13

A Novel Power Converter on Magnetic Field Decoupling Double Stator Switched Reluctance Machine for Electric Vehicles

摘要 针对传统开关磁阻电机存在着功率密度低、转矩脉动大的问题,该文首先提出一种新型的双定子开关磁阻电机,内外定子磁场具有较好的解耦特性,并通过转子内外齿错开一定的机械角度,降低转矩脉动。针对该文所提出的新型双定子开关磁阻电机具有内定子、外定子、双定子、内外定子串联和并联五种工作模式,目前常规的功率变换器结构已经不能满足其功能需求的问题,提出一种新型的功率变换器。接着分析五种工作模式下新型功率变换器的工作模态,并进行稳态和动态仿真分析。最后试制一台16/18/16结构的样机,并搭建新型功率变换器驱动系统,通过实验验证其工作原理的实际可行性,为新型电机驱动在电动汽车驱动系统领域的推广应用奠定基础。 In view of the problems of low power density and large torque ripple in conventional switched reluctance machines(SRM),a novel double stator switched reluctance machine(DSSRM)is proposed in this paper.The magnetic field of its internal and external stators has better decoupling characteristics,and the internal and external teeth of the rotor are staggered by a certain mechanical angle to reduce torque ripple.The novel DSSRM proposed has five working modes:inner stator mode,outer stator mode,double stator mode,and the modes of inner and outer stators connected in series and parallel.However,the current conventional power converter structure can no longer meet the functional requirements of the machine designed in this paper,thus a novel power converter is proposed.Then the working modalities of the new power converter under five working modes are analyzed,and the steady and dynamic simulations are carried out.Finally,a 16/18/16 structure prototype is trial-produced and a novel power converter drive system is built.The practical feasibility of its working principle is verified by experiments,which lays a theoretical foundation for the popularization and application of the novel motor in the field of electric vehicle drive system.
