摘要中国共产党百年乡村治理取得了巨大成就,这些巨大成就背后的治理经验值得认真进行总结。从马克思主义哲学维度总结中国共产党百年乡村治理的历史经验有助于将党的乡村治理经验提升为理论并转化为党治国理政的思想资源。从马克思主义哲学视角观察中国共产党近百年的乡村治理实践,中国共产党百年乡村治理包含“变与不变”的内在逻辑,坚持群众史观和党对乡村治理的领导是中国共产党百年乡村治理演变的“变中的不变”,这种“变中的不变”同时又包含“不变中的变”,即党的领导的乡村治理模式的不断创新发展,二者的辩证统一构成了中国共产党百年乡村治理的基本逻辑。从哲学层面对中国共产党百年乡村治理逻辑进行系统总结,可以为新时代中国乡村振兴战略实施提供有价值的思想资源。 The Communist Party of China has made great achievements in rural governance in the past century.The experience behind these achievements is worthy of serious summary.Summing up the historical experience of the CPC’s rural governance in the past 100 years from the perspective of Marxist philosophy will help to upgrade the Party’s rural governance experience into theory and transform it into the ideological resources of the Party’s governance.By observing the evolution of rural governance of the Communist Party of China in recent 100 years from the perspective of Marxist philosophy,it is found that the Centennial rural governance of the Communist Party of China contains the internal logic of“change and invariance”.Adhering to the concept of mass history and the Party’s leadership over rural governance is the“invariance in change”of the evolution of the centennial rural governance of the Communist Party of China.This“invariance in change”also includes“change in invariance”,that is,the continuous innovation and development of rural governance mode under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The dialectical unity of the two constitutes the basic logic of rural governance of the Communist Party of China.Summing up the logic of the centennial rural governance of the Communist Party of China from the philosophical level can provide important practical enlightenment for thinking about Rural Revitalization in the new era and valuable ideological and theoretical resources for the implementation of Chinese Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new era.
