摘要
高校校企协同育人是对高校人才培养模式、教育教学的创新举措,企业为高校教育教学提供更多的资源,使得高校教学工作得到补充和完善。同时,校企"双主体"教育模式下对高校思想政治教育工作也产生一定的影响,在教学中需要充分发挥正向影响作用,避免不良影响,实现对思想政治教育工作的改革和完善。本文主要对校企"双主体"人才培养模式对思想政治教育工作的影响进行分析,并对校企协同开展高校大学生思想政治教育的策略进行研究。
Collaborative education between universities and enterprises is an innovative measure for the talent training model, education and teaching of universities. Enterprises provide more resources for university education and teaching, so that the teaching work of universities can be supplemented and improved. The school-enterprise "dual subject" education model also has a certain impact on the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. It is necessary to give full play to the positive influence in teaching to realize the reform and improvement of the ideological and political education. This article mainly analyzes the impact of school-enterprise "dual subject" talent training model on ideological and political education, and studies the strategies of school-enterprise cooperation in developing ideological and political education for college students.
