摘要
健身气功属于民族体育运动项目,它不仅可以对学生的身形起到积极的作用,还能够对学生的心理状态进行有效的调节。高校在开展健身气功教学工作时,可以运用多样化的教学方式进行实践教学工作,常见的方法主要有直观法和完整法。该文主要围绕高校健身气功的教学方法及教学模式进行分析,目的在于优化高校健身气功教学质量。
Fitness Qigong belongs to a national sports project. It can not only play a positive role in students’ body shape, but also help students effectively adjust their psychological state. When carrying out the teaching work of fitness Qigong in colleges and universities, we can use a variety of teaching methods to carry out the practical teaching work. The common methods mainly include the intuitive method and the complete method. This article mainly focuses on the teaching methods and teaching mode of college fitness Qigong, aiming to optimize the teaching quality of college fitness Qigong.
