摘要
目的:回顾分析我国药学服务研究的历程,为进一步进行科学研究和实践开展提供参考。方法:运用文献计量学的方法,应用CiteSpace可视化工具,对CNKI数据库中相关文献进行机构及作者合作网络分析、关键词共现及聚类分析、关键词时区可视化和突发性探测。结果:相关机构尚未形成研究集群,学者跨机构合作不强,主要围绕临床药师进行临床合理用药方面进行研究,形成了显著的细分领域,并进入了新的研究阶段,研究前沿主要有用药教育、门诊药学服务、药物治疗管理、儿童用药、癌症疼痛等方面。结论:研究机构和学者合作需要加强,研究内容及领域需要进一步深入,研究热点和前沿需要进一步细化。
OBJECTIVE To review the history of pharmaceutical care research in China to provide references for further researches and practices.METHODS Bibliometrics and visualization tool CiteSpace were employed for cooperation network of institutions and authors,keyword co-occurrence,cluster analysis,keyword time zone visualization and burst detection of the relevant literatures within the database of CNKI.RESULTS The research cluster has yet to form and the cooperation of researchers from different institutions remains weak.The focal research was the guidance of rational drug use by clinical pharmacists.It has formed a significant research cluster and entered a new research stage.The major research frontiers include medication education,outpatient pharmaceutical care,drug treatment management,children and cancer pain,etc.CONCLUSION Research institutions and researchers need to strengthen cooperation,research contents and fields should be further deepened and research hotspots and frontiers require further refining.
