摘要
随着艾滋病病毒感染者合并结核病患者(HIV/TB)的逐年增多,其伴随的并发症也越发引起人们的重视,最常发生的肝损伤便是其中之一。本文通过结合HIV/TB双重感染的流行现况,对相关肝损伤的致病原因进行分类分析,并综合中医研究,讨论HIV/TB相关肝损伤研究的现存问题及如何更好地治疗,以提高患者生存质量,延长生存时间。
With the increase of the patients with HIV/TB,the associated complications have attracted more and more attention,among which the most common liver injury is one of them.This paper classified and analyzed the causes of related liver injury by HIV/TB co-infection.Combined with the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the existing problems in the study of HIV/TB-related liver injury and how to better treat them were discussed to reduce the related morbidity,improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time of patients.
