摘要
为了提高轴流风送式喷雾机的效率,课题组建立了风送式喷雾机的仿真模型,得到了含雾滴气流速度的分布规律,探讨了其风筒内结构如集流器、流线罩、整流体与间隙对喷雾机效率的影响。结果表明,含雾滴气流射程缩短了17.2%,建议使用圆弧形集流器和流线形流线罩,且圆弧形集流器尺寸为0.25D,轴向间隙为0.7b,而径向间隙越小越好。所得结论可为风送式喷雾机的设计和工程应用提供参考。
To improve the efficiency of axial flow air-blast sprayer,the simulation model of the air-blast sprayer was established,and the distribution of the airflow velocity with droplet was obtained.The influence of the inner structure of air duct such as the collector,fairwater,rectifying and clearance on the efficiency of the sprayer was discussed.The results show the range of the airflow with droplet is shortened by 17.2%.It is recommended to use a circular arc collector and a streamline fairwater,and the size of the circular arc collector is 0.25D,the axial clearance is 0.7b,and the smaller the radial clearance is,the better the efficiency can be obtained.The conclusion can provide reference for the design and engineering application of air-blast sprayer.
