摘要
目的:观察自血疗法、火针联合红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:57例分为治疗组30例及对照组27例,治疗组用自血疗法、火针和红蓝光联合治疗,对照组用火针及红蓝光治疗相。结果:治疗后两组GAGS评分均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:自血疗法、火针联合红蓝光治疗寻常型痤疮安全有效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of autoblood therapy, fire needle combined with red and blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: Fifty-seven cases were divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 27 cases. The treatment group were treated with autohemotherapy, fire acupuncture and red and blue light combined treatment, while the control group were treated with fire needle and red and blue light treatment. Results: The GAGS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: Autohemotherapy, fire needle combined with red and blue light are safe and effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
