摘要
植物在复水后的恢复能力是评价植物抗旱能力的一个重要方面。通过盆栽控水进行干旱胁迫和复水处理,测定了干旱—复水条件下参试3个杂雌沙棘无性系的苗高、地径、生物量、叶形态、光合特性以及抗氧化酶活性等指标,分析其生长、生物量分配、叶形态特征以及生理特性对复水的响应。结果表明:与正常水分条件下相比,复水后3个沙棘无性系的树高占66%~80%,地径占63%~90%。复水后,杂雌优10号的苗高较重度干旱胁迫处理增高12.2%,杂雌优2号的地径较重度干旱胁迫处理增高12.5%,表明杂雌优10号的高生长、杂雌优2号的径生长都对复水的响应较敏感,而杂雌优54号高生长和径生长对复水的响应均较不敏感。3个沙棘无性系的总生物量复水后较重度干旱胁迫处理增长了12.2%~15.1%,杂雌优2号和杂雌优10号主要通过提高叶片占比和根系占比以增大总生物量,杂雌优54号则主要通过提高叶片占比以增大总生物量。复水后杂雌优2号和杂雌优10号叶干重较重度干旱胁迫处理分别增加了14.6%和20.7%,杂雌优10号叶面积较重度干旱胁迫处理增长20.0%,而杂雌优54号叶干重和叶面积则均恢复到中度干旱胁迫处理水平。多个综合指标的研究均说明,复水后3个杂雌沙棘无性系特别是杂雌优2号和杂雌优10号表现出了较好的干旱胁迫恢复能力。
Plant resilience after rehydration is an important aspect of evaluating plant drought resistance.Through potted plants to drought stress and water treatment,water control were measured after drought & water conditions needed for three female Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis clone seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,leaf shape,photosynthetic characteristics and activity of antioxidant enzymes and other indicators,to analyze its growth,biomass allocation,leaf morphological characteristics and physiological characteristics of the complex water response.The results showed that compared with normal water condition,the tree height and ground diameter of the three Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis clones accounted for 66% ~80% and 63% ~ 90% respectively after rewatering.After rewatering,the seedling height of Zaciyou No.10 was increased by 12.2% compared with that of severe drought stress,and the ground diameter of Zaciyou No.2 was increased by 12.5% compared with that of severe drought stress,indicating that the height growth of Zaciyou No.10 and diameter growth of Zaciyou No.2 were sensitive to rehydration.The height growth and diameter growth of Zaciyou No.54 were insensitive to rehydration.Compared with severe drought stress,the total biomass of the three Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis clones increased by 12.2% ~15.1% after rehydration.The total biomass of Zaiciyou No.2 and Zaiciyou No.10 was mainly increased by increasing the proportion of leaves and roots,and the total biomass of Zaciyou No.54 was mainly increased by increasing the proportion of leaves.After rehydration,the leaf dry weight of Zaciyou No.2 and Zaciyou No.10 increased by 14.6% and 20.7%,respectively,and the leaf area of Zaciyou No.10 increased by 20.0% compared with that of severe drought stress,while the leaf dry weight and leaf area of Zaciyou No.54 recovered to moderate drought stress.Studies on multiple comprehensive indexes indicated that the three Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis clones,especially Zaciyou No.2 and No.10,showed good resilience to drought stress after rehydration.
