摘要
在新时代“高质量发展”理念对教育提出的总体要求下,实现开放大学实质转型,必须以提升教学质量为抓手,构建师生教学行为指标体系,基于大数据技术建设教学质量监控平台,以动态掌握教学过程中学生的学习行为数据,突出“以学生为中心”的教学理念,及时督促学生按时按阶段完成相应的学习任务、考核内容等,同时根据教师的行为数据变化情况,让教师及时调整完善教学策略,用更加便捷更加科学合理的教学方式,为学生提供良好的教学辅导,提升学生的学习积极性与课程学习成效。
The concept of"high quality development"for education in the new era is required.The realization of substantial transformation of open universities needs to improve the teaching quality,build the index system of teachers and students teaching behavior,construct teaching quality monitoring platform based on big data technology,grasp learner's behavior in the teaching process data,highlight the"student-centered"teaching philosophy and supervise the students on time according to the stage to complete the corresponding task,evaluation content and so on.At the same time,according to the changes of teachers'behavior data,teachers can timely adjust and improve teaching strategies,provide students with good teaching guidance with more convenient,scientific and reasonable teaching methods,and improve students'learning enthusiasm and course learning effectiveness.
