摘要
近年来,多变的国际局势和国内对高质量发展的迫切需求,使得技术转移备受重视。高效地将优质技术应用到实际生产中,从而提高经济效益、提升产业水平,对一个城市的经济发展起到至关重要的作用。天津有着良好的经济基础和丰厚的创新底蕴,但由于其正处在产业调整的阵痛期,各项经济指标还有待突破。为提升天津市技术转移工作效能,解决技术转移过程中遇到的阻碍,打通新技术到新产品的转化通路,该文通过对英国技术转移的资金、机构、评价体系、知识产权保护4个方面总结分析,得出英国成功经验,结合天津市的现状,提出下一步工作建议。
In recent years,the changing international situation and the urgent need for high-quality development in China have made technology transfer more and more important.It plays a crucial role in the economic development of a city to efficiently apply high-quality technology to actual production,thus improving economic benefits and industrial level.Tianjin has a good economic foundation and rich innovation background,but because it is in the labor pains of industrial adjustment,the economic indicators still need to be broken through.To enhance working efficiency of Tianjin technology transfer,solve encountered in the process of technology transfer of obstacles,get through to the transformation of the new product new technology pathways,based on the technology transfer of funds,mechanism,evaluation system,intellectual property rights protection four aspects to analyze,draw the successful experience,combined with the status quo of Tianjin,the next step of work were also suggested.
