摘要
介绍了大推力轴承试验台液压系统的基本组成及工作原理。针对其加载力控制系统,提出了开-闭环结合的控制方式,实现了调整过程、加载过程中加载力的控制。调整过程中采用开环控制,用于控制加载油缸位移;加载过程中采用闭环控制,用于控制加载力的精度。建立基于开-闭环结合的加载力控制系统的AMESim模型,分析了系统动态响应过程,结果表明该控制系统能够满足试验要求。最后分析了不同调整时间、动态阻尼孔直径对系统的影响,分析结果对参数设计具有一定的指导意义。
The paper introduces the basic composition and working principle of hydraulic system of large thrust bearing test-bed.In view of the loading force control system,an open-closed-loop control method is proposed to realize the control of the loading force during adjusting process and loading process.Open-loop control is used in the adjustment process to load the displacement of the cylinder.closed-loop control is used in the loading process to control the accuracy of the loading force.The AMESim model of the loading force control system based on the open-closed-loop combination is established,and the dynamic response process of the system is analyzed.The results show that the control system can meet the test requirements.Analyzing the influence of different adjustment time and dynamic damping orifice diameter on the system is of guiding significance to parameter design.
